Screenplay Script

This is the Script for the film opening sequence.

EXT. PARK. DAY.

BECCA walks through a park and sits on a bench, looking around. She brings out her laptop and turns it on, opens a folder but then recieves a text. She looks indifferent but packs up her belongings, stands up and starts walking.

EXT. STREET. DAY.

BECCA walks along a road and recieves another text, but this time she looks confused.

EXT. FIELD/WOOD. DAY.

BECCA wanders through the woods and recieves another text. She looks at it and immediately starts running. She then collides with MATT.

MATT

(Quietly)

Come with me.

BECCA shakes her head, looking terrified.

BECCA

(Shakily)

No.

MATT

(Quietly)

Don’t worry, I wont hurt you.

EXT. PLAYGROUND. DAY.

BECCA and MATT are sitting down on a piece of playground equipment.

MATT

I know what you’re planning.

BECCA looks panicked.

MATT

It’s ok, I want to help you.
