Pitch

This is the first idea of what my film is going to be about. This is only the first idea and after I have done some research into similar films I will do more planning that will show exactly how I would like to film my opening sequence.




We are planning to make a spy thriller film, however we may add conspiracy and detective elements to it.

We will  use low key lighting to create a mysterious feel. This will highlight the fact that the person could possibly be in danger.

Our idea is to have one person getting weird messages from a stalker then they’re going somewhere and they feel a hand on their shoulder. It cuts to the two people sitting on a bench talking and he talks about how he knows about a secret operation.

Our intended audience is fans of thriller or spy films over the age of 15. It will appeal to them by including suspense and mystery. It is more likely to appeal to men more as well so that will also be a consideration when making the opening sequence.

We will include titles such as the film title, actors and directors at the very beginning of the film overlapping the action on screen of the character getting ready to go out. They meet the second character in an alleyway after being followed by them.
